The $995 IT Strategy Snapshot is refundable before the PDF is delivered; once delivered, the engagement is final and is backed by our satisfaction guarantee (we revise until it's board-ready). Subscriptions are month-to-month; access continues through the end of the paid month.
IT Strategy Snapshot: $995 One-Time
The IT Strategy Snapshot is a one-time engagement priced at $995. Refundable before delivery: the Snapshot is fully refundable if requested in writing to agents@ai4cio.ai before the PDF report has been delivered to Customer's inbox. Once the PDF report has been delivered, the engagement is complete and the fee is final. Satisfaction guarantee: if the roadmap is not board-ready, we will revise it until it is.
Monthly Subscriptions: No Free Trial, Immediate Charge
The Foundation, Operator, and Boardroom monthly subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Subscriptions begin and are charged immediately upon purchase. There is no free trial period. The card you provide at checkout is charged the tier price on the day you subscribe and on the same day each month thereafter.
Cancellation is one click in Customer's Stripe billing portal, by email to agents@ai4cio.ai, or by other written notice.
Cancellation stops auto-renewal effective at the end of Customer's then-current paid month. Access to the Services continues through that period. Fees already billed for a paid month are not refunded mid-cycle. Cancellation is prorated to the end-of-billing-period; no mid-cycle refund is issued.
How to Cancel
- Stripe billing portal: a link is included in every billing receipt email and on Customer's account confirmation. One click in the portal cancels the subscription at the end of the then-current paid period.
- Email: send "cancel" to agents@ai4cio.ai from the email address on file. We confirm receipt within one business day.
- Stripe Customer Portal direct link: billing.stripe.com (use the email address on file).
Snapshot Credit Toward Subscription
If Customer continues to a monthly subscription within thirty (30) days after receiving the IT Strategy Snapshot PDF, the $995 paid for the Snapshot credits to Customer's first month of subscription. The credit applies automatically when Customer subscribes through a Stripe Payment Link on ai4cio.ai with the same billing email used for the Snapshot.
Annual Prepay Refunds
Annual-prepay subscriptions (paid 12 months in advance) are refundable on a pro-rata basis for the unused full calendar months remaining at the time of written cancellation, less any free-month credits previously applied. Pro-rata refunds are issued via the original payment method within fifteen (15) business days of cancellation confirmation.
Exceptions
ElasticD3M, LLC may at its discretion grant refunds beyond what this Policy requires (for example, in cases of demonstrated service failure on our part beyond what the SLA Service Credits compensate). Any such refund is exceptional and does not modify this Policy.
Disputed Charges and Chargebacks
Customer agrees to contact agents@ai4cio.ai and attempt to resolve any billing dispute in good faith before initiating a chargeback with Customer's bank or card issuer. Chargebacks filed before a written refund denial may result in immediate subscription suspension pending resolution.
